The PVB adhesive film production line is divided into two methods: one is the dry process, also known as the roll over process, which is formed by casting extrusion and cooled in air for winding, and the other is the wet process, also known as the water over process. The extruded adhesive film is formed by cooling in a water tank and then blown dry for winding. There are significant differences in equipment and prices between the two processes.
