1、 Introduction to Plastic Templates

2、 Production process flow of PP hollow building formwork
The raw materials (PP particles and fragments) are continuously fed to the PP hollow template extruder (integrated equipment) through a hopper, and the materials are heated to 160~170 ℃ (automatic temperature controlled electric heating) in an automatic mixing state to soften; This process will generate a small amount of organic waste gas G1 (calculated as non methane total hydrocarbons). The softened material is extruded into a PP hollow template extruder and transported through a conveyor belt to the cooling system for cooling (indirect cooling, cooling water circulation, and regular discharge of a certain amount of cooling water w1) to complete the shaping process. After cutting and trimming, the finished product will be stored in the above process, resulting in a certain amount of unqualified products 51 and leftover materials S2, After being crushed by a grinder, it is comprehensively utilized.
